Roleplay with fairness and fun in mind at all times.
Roleplay fear when reasonably expected.
Do not attempt to roleplay any scenes involving racism, terrorism, sexism, rape, SA, homophobia, transphobia, suicide, hate speech, or any terms or content which violates Rockstar Terms of Service.
Keep all beef in character at all times. Do not bring beef or disrespect out of character.
No unrealistically illegal activity on in-game social media posts such as posting dead bodies or buying/selling guns.
All players must have a realistic character name that cannot be a famous celebrity or known trademark.
Value your life. Be realistic at all times.
Do not refuse to roleplay or engage in a scene.
Do not use out of character knowledge to your advantage (metagaming).
Do not use game mechanics to force a scene outcome (powergaming).
No randomly attacking without valid roleplay reason (RDM).
No using vehicles as a weapon or running people over in shootouts (VDM).
No unrealistic actions/behavior/logic (Fail/Non-RP).
Do not advertise other communities without prior permission.
No Hacking/Modding/Exploiting/Glitching. Prop fixes, soft aims, wallhacks, emote exploits, soft recoil, duplicating, combat exploits, menus, etc will result in a permanent ban.
Do not disconnect or force-crash to avoid roleplay scenes.
Do not approach staff in-game if their [STAFF] tag is not turned on.
No GTA driving / jumping / unrealistic driving / exploding vehicles in GTA manner.
Social media / phone beef does not count toward the 2 minute Threat of Violence rule.
Hospital treatment wipes character memory from the past 24 hours. You do not remember any scenes 24 hours to prior to your death.
EMS treatment can save your memory only if EMS arrives while victim is in Last Stand/Crawling mode.
Do not visit or continue any scenes where you have already died.
You cannot share knowledge between your own characters.
Do not rob and kill the same player in the same scene.
Do not rob any items named “Voucher” or “VIP.”
Do not rob any players or vehicles in a Green Zone (All green zones show “GREEN ZONE” on your screen while inside)
Do not abuse your job permissions to rob players.
Do not rob obviously new players (Warning: this is a bannable offense).
Do not rob the same player twice within 24 hours.
Scamming is considered tricking a player to give you money under false pretenses.
Scamming must be roleplayed correctly.
The maximum scam limit is $250,000.
Out-of-character / Non-RP scamming is not allowed whatsoever.
Do not scam obviously new players (Warning: this is a bannable offense).
Do not use your job permissions to scam players.
Do not shoot/kill players without valid a roleplay scene that lasts for at least 2 minutes prior to the threat/violence.
Death should be taken seriously. All shooting scenes but have a valid RP reason for taking the scene that far.
Repeatedly refusing to roleplay fear will be considered failure to RP.
3 players on 1 player always wins: In 3v1 scenario, victim must comply with RP demands as long as at least 3 players are armed and remain in sight of victim.
Fists & Melee do not require any time limit but still require valid RP reason.
EMS cannot be robbed or taken hostage.
Do not interrupt or block EMS assistance.
Do not steal EMS vehicles.
Police can be robbed and taken hostage only with a valid roleplay reason. Only police aircraft cannot be stolen.
Fear of police should be taken seriously.
Killing police should always be a last resort.
Must attempt to evade for at least 5 minutes before using deadly force against police.
If a police attempts to tase you before 5 minutes have passed, you may use deadly force.
Do not attempt to bait or provoke police.
Unrealistic driving during police pursuits will not be tolerated.
Realtors cannot be robbed, scammed, or taken hostage while performing Real Estate duties.
Do not create unrealistic properties.
Do not abuse furniture placement.
Do not give storage access to players you do not trust. Staff will not reimburse you for stolen items.
All Realtors must follow Real Estate Guidelines.
All gang beef must have an established storyline with valid scenes leading up to any violence.
Gangs cannot press/threaten/rob/interrupt players actively working civilian jobs (FoodDash app does not apply).
1 hour cooldown between shootouts/drive-bys between the same gangs. Cooldown does not apply to fist/melee fights.
Gangs cannot KOS without a prior KOS Rival approval by a Gang Moderator.
Gangs cannot appear in unrealistic, identical, or military-style outfits.
Gang colors but be visible when attacking another gang.
Gangs cannot wear other gang clothing items unless it is physically stolen from their inventory.
Drive-By Shooting is only possible from Slider vehicles obtained from hidden black market.
Valid beef from an active scene is required for a drive-by or else it is considered RDM.
Do not giveaway, sell, or transfer any donor vehicles, businesses, properties, or vouchers.
You can giveaway, sell, or transfer non-VIP donor items and weapons only.
VIP benefits cannot be given to or used for non-VIP players.
Donor and VIP vehicles cannot be placed in used vehicles marketplace.
All player reports must include a 2 minute recording of the scene (with audio) in order to be processed.
Do not edit clips in any way. Submit the full scene for context.
All reimbursement requests must include original proof of ownership via clip, receipt, screenshot, or logs to prove your ownership.
All green zones display “GREEN ZONE” on screen while inside.
No trolling or going out of character in green zones.
Do not start beef in green zones.
Do not camp green zone borders to start a scene.
Do not steal or break into vehicles parked in green zones.
Do not harass players in clothing/dealership menus.
Absolutely no buying or selling guns, drugs, vehicles, or items in green zones.
Do not stream or post content of hidden locations.
Do not create unrealistic drug farms.
Exploiting loot collection/crafting/items is a bannable offense.
Do not sell or process drugs in these areas: Tunnels, Rooftops, Highways, Green Zones, Sewers/Canals, Unrealistic/Unreachable areas.
Revenge reporting or false reporting is not allowed.
Shooting from rooftops is not allowed.
Emote exploiting is a bannable offense.
Any items/currency/vehicles obtained via glitch, exploit, hacker, unintended implemention, or other illegitimate means will be revoked by staff without any promise of compensation.
Aircraft must be operated realistically at all times. Aircraft will be revoked with no refund on the first violation.
Players are responsible for their aircraft being stolen. Secure aircraft at all times and store when possible.
Any aircraft-as-a-weapon / terrorism-style attacks will not be tolerated.
Aircraft rights can be revoked by staff.
Aircraft cannot be sold, given away, or transferred for less than the market purchase price.
Unrealistic take off and landings will result in your aircraft rights being revoked.
Always use proper channels for your request.
Do not reveal hidden locations or methods in public channels
Do not post inappropriate to content in discord.
Do not spam all caps in discord.
Do not @everyone in the discord unless directed by staff.
Do not post YouTube script videos or Tebex store links as suggestions. Please type out your idea instead.
Do not argue in public channels. Take beef and personal conversations to DMs.
Server and/or staff disrespect will not be tolerated.
